Oracle Application Express 4.2 introduces the ability to declaratively define mobile web applications using jQuery Mobile. The Application Builder has been enhanced to support multiple user interfaces, both desktop and mobile, within a single application. Therefore, developers can choose to build an application only for the desktop, only for mobile, or for both. Mobile pages use jQuery Mobile to render content on the vast majority of mobile devices. In this tutorial, you create a mobile web application and run the application to view its mobile user interface.
